CSS manages our HOA and they are absolutely horrible. I received no response to ten emails and three calls regarding property maintenance, which our HOA is in charge of, and only received a response after threatening legal action. It has been four months since that communication and they have yet to perform said property maintenance. Absolute trash business with no accountability. I had one active auto draft instance setup to charge monthly, but it started charging me multiple times a month without my consent. In order to get help on this matter I have to send emails and they can't help me over the phone. It's been almost a week and there is no avail. They don't want to pay me back my -609 balance.
This company purchased and took over our HOA. They have been the worst to try to get ahold of. 99% of the time no one answers or returns calls. I've been wanting help resolving a repair issue with damage to my AC unit caused be the landscapers and initially I was set up to communicate through townsq but have not received any return correspondence through that in months. There was a change in staff for who oversees our HOA but still can't get any communication from them.
