I would not recommend this company. They cashed a check during our closing and did not properly apply it to our account. Conveniently, no one can get back to either us or the new HOA management company to show where this money actually went. This is financial fraud. If you call they just provide you the email to reach out to and then never respond.
I have worked with Melissa Scott for 15 plus years. I receive communication back promptly from her which is nice in this industry. I enjoy working with her.
Brianna is amazing to work with! You can tell she cares about her communities and follows through on all she says she will do and is always looking to help improve our community!
Would give zero stars if I could. Takes ages to respond for absolutely anything. Spend your money somewhere else!
We switched to this management company almost six months ago and they still haven’t been able to transition out owner and vendor billing. This seems like the most base level of service they should be able to provide. We are starting to have to consider another move after only six months. The excuses we get from our rep are that it’s someone else’s job.
