OCTOBER 6, 2025 After literally four business days in a row of calling at least 10 times a day no one has answered the phone lines. I have even gone through and selected the various choices on the menu just trying to get SOMEONE, ANYONE to answer and I just keep getting the same recording - they are sorry that there is no one to answer my call right now. For a company that supposedly has solutions to our HOA issues one would think it would start with ANSWERING THE PHONE. I have written two, maybe three reviews in the past an... read more
This company is the worst. We inherited them when our former (and excellent) property management company sold out to them. We had 4 different managers in 20 months and our financials were never correct or available in a timely manner. Needless to say, we fired them.
This group is beyond incompetent. I notified them immediately when my condo sold and they still took out an ACH payment two weeks later. They also included a one time special assessment that was two months early according to their written notice. They ignored my emails but became conveniently available when I threatened legal action. Then they sent my refund to the wrong address even though I sent it three times. I kept getting invoices addressed to the buyer of my condo. I'm just dumbfounded at the lack of professionalism.
After experiencing a great deal of trouble, trying to get a hold of our HOA manager regarding HOA fees Ms Mendoza Answered all of our questions in several emails in one afternoon clarifying the changes that have been made in our community and making it much easier process for us. We are truly grateful. And thank Miss Mendoza for her, help her patience and attention to detail in A timely manner
My lawn is dead second year in a row. I pay faithfully HOA fees every month for lawn care to Community Solutions only to have a yellow unsightly lawn in front of my home. This has happened two years in a row. Last year they had to replace it for lack of water. It's dead again this year.
