Whoevever the recieptionist is for the office of Lana Martin at 1130am on this day June 27th, she is extremely rude and impatient, practically yelling at me on the phone. Put me on hold and left me there for 15 mins, currently I am still on hold and i know she is waiting for me to hang up the phone. She sounds like a middle aged or older woman.
