I had a horrible experience with my case manager. Flaky, unreliable and unresponsive. Her name is Christine Alvarez. Hopefully my next case manager is more consistent. Otherwise I’ll go somewhere else.
Referred by my own request from my Primary physician for counseling, 4 weeks of contact consisted of 4 appointments. 2 intakes, 1st counseling session was a no show on their end with no text, (she had the wrong number is the reason given). Then her supervisor calls and the first thing he says is” when are you coming in”? I absolutely do not recommend as they will bend over backwards to let everyone know you are asking for help.
