We were treated like criminals for voicing our opinion. A procedure was poorly performed and when we requested to be seen by Woods she not only hid in her office and refused to remedy her failure but also called the cops on us. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere where perhaps empathy and the ethical and moral obligation to do things right prevail over increasing your profits. I give this business 1 star because there is no way to give negative stars, but if I could, that’s what they’re deserving! If you get work done with Jean Woods and it just so happens that you are displeased with the result, they (her and her front desk help) will consider you an irate patient ‼️& call the police on you! The worst experience I’ve ever had in a Dental Office . After having something cosmetic /small touchup done by Dr Woods I was not pleased with how it came out and asked her to fix the issue to which she told me that “it was perfect” and disputed any of the concerns I’ve presented! Even when I pointed out to her that it didn’t look better she spoke over me saying “it’s perfect!” But once again displaying unprofessionalism towards me as a patient and the fact that I was not pleased with how she handled the job I was there for.... read more
I LOVE this practice!! They really feel like family💕!!! Dr. Woods makes you feel comfortable and her treatment is reasonable and explained well. Also, Darrelle at the front desk is the absolute best!! 🦷😎
I think Dr. Woods and her team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my health care. They made my appointments as quickly as they could so I could get my smile back as soon as possible. Dr. Woods listened to me and was gentle as possible. I would recommend Dr. Woods and her staff to anyone.
