As other reviews state - unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Seemed bothered to have to answer questions from a resident. Isn’t that the whole purpose of the company/your job?
I submitted an application for parking passes about a month ago and have not yet received them. Over the past two weeks, I've called, emailed and left voicemails on a daily basis trying many different email addresses and extensions and have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I don't know what else to do! Please help!!!
I am so very disappointed with this group. My sister is set for settlement and they have been so disrespectful and non responsive. The settlement date has to be moved because NO ONE IS DOING THEIR JOB. My sister is ill and can not speak for herself and I have expressed this and they ignore my request. Worst Property Management Company in history. This company is unprofessional and unresponsive, they have now sent my account to collections without even notifying there where any issues with my payments. I have tried to get in contact with someone working there for months regarding my payments before learning they sent my account to collections. This company is the worse i would not recommend anyone use this company, they do not respond to emails or phone calls and are not customer friendly at all.
