This facility was recommended to me as my friends have had decent experiences. My roommate booked us a storage unit and we had a bit of a misunderstanding about move in date and they cancelled our unit. When we showed up to the office the day it was cancelled to see if we could still get a unit we were met with one of the rudest humans I have ever encountered.
