The woman was unprofessional, obnoxiously rude, demanding without cause. Pushy and high-minded. Perhaps she should run a tavern or a truck stop, instead of a quiet business. My experience was like a bad hick movie.

The woman is unprofessional and just a nasty perosn. She is impossible to work with. I never got my deposit back. She should not run a business let alone be able work with the public. She is unable to communicate like an adult (she actually hung up on me). I paid on time and left my unit in the same shape I found it. While I was there my garage door fell off the tracks and it was never fixed after I notfied her about it multiple times. I hope people read this and will consider going somewhere else.
