I moved to Charlotte for work and when I got here I didn't know anyone. Community Room Rental not only gave me a great place to stay but also introduced me to a bunch of like minded folks like I immediately connected with established a social life in no time. I've since moved on but I stayed connected with many of the people I meet through the community and still attend many of the events they host I would highly recommend Community Room Rentals to anymore moving to Charlotte for the first time!
Great way to meet new people in a relaxed environment! Houses are always clean and the people are great! I’d definitely recommend it to any of my friends!
Thank you so much for your hospitality during a very stressful time. We had to evacuate Florida because of Hurricane Irma and Community Room Rental offered complimentary accommodations for us. The home we stayed in was beautiful and management took care of all our needs during our stay, as we were traveling with a 6 month old baby. We felt very safe here. Don't think you'll ever find a better landlord as long as you live! Jason does a great job of creating fun and community amongst the housemates. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Check the place out.
Unlike other rooming situations where you don’t be really know who you’re going to be living with, the people here are pre-vetted and responsible. Common areas are clean and I actually enjoying spending time with our roommates. This game been a great spot to save money and also just be connected toother young smart professionals.
I love living within this community! I moved in at the beginning of the year from Texas and since then have had wonderful opportunities to meet new people thanks to Jason. My roommates are awesome and I love the house. Living with so many people worried me at first, because I assumed I wouldn’t have much of my own space or privacy; however, it isn’t that way at all.
