They've never answer their phone it doesn't seem like they check their messages either because it's been full for a while now for me that is bad service especially when you're homeless shelter trying to help people that are in need you should definitely always be checking your phone checking your messages and definitely answering your phone I give this place one star for their the the way they do their services .
