Walking by, a girl is grabbing bags full of stuff, picking through it and throwing the rest out wherever it lands, she then finds a really big light bulb turns, and throws it DIRECTLY AT MY FEET! All the while, needles, tin foil, spoons & rubber bands blow in the wind as 50(not even an overestimate) addicts use right out in the open, lines against the fence as far as the drugs can reach.... I'm a recovered addict of opiates, this is a disgrace. You're just another building enabling filth, not safety, support or recovery.... ... read more
