The wonderful lady at the office was a pleasure, the one star added is just for her. The company did not update my hoa for 2 years after paying almost $1,000 in one check. My hoa did not give me pool passes saying the account was with them. One phone call 2 years later and the matter was resolved by the wonderful lady. Stay on top of your matters. As a full time nurse, and a otr husband we are busy if you let them handle things it won’t get resolved. They will just take the money and forget you ever existed.
