Lived there for 3 years. Management, Ashley is very accommodating. Maintenance is very prompt and the neighborhood is quiet. There is some noise from Yeager road but they're changing the window frames so hopefully it'll be more quiet. They're very decent people, not looking to charge you at every excuse. Was never charged if I missed rent payment for 1-2 days like most places. No community center but at $525 for a clean 1 bed room the rate is unbeatable. I'd recommend this place highly.
