I had scheduled a showing with Jehan Strickland at least one week in advance using the online system. I received multiple automatic appointment reminders, and I confirmed each one. The day of the showing, I was approximately five minutes early. No one showed up. We walked around the house, drove around the neighborhood, etc. After 20 minutes, it was still a no show. There are no email addresses or phone numbers to contact anyone. I do not have one good thing to say about this experience.
