My two weeks were life changing. My condition had gone into decline and the renhad team brought me back to begin a life of acti ok n and independence. If I had been release to home care, I fear for what might have happened. OT and PT staff pushed and challenged every day. Im eternally grateful. DWF
My mother is a 93 year-old patient at Community Rehabilitation Hospital West. She has been treated very well and with respect. Everybody is extremely nice and professional. She loves that the place is so clean and well managed. She really appreciates all they have done for her to get me back on her feet. She is so grateful! Thank you.
The staff (especially the night staff) at this facility were super rude and dismissive all while my loved one was there. I live out of state and every time I called to check on my loved one there was a problem to where I couldn’t. One nurse even told me the phone she was on wouldn’t transfer the call to her room. The attitudes were through the roof. They literally didn’t care if I talk to my loved one or not. One star is honestly too much. My mother is currently out there and she is not having a good experience. The staff has been mean and they are also not making rounds on the regular. One of my mothers medications had been skipped. Plus she had simply asked for Tylenol because she was in pain and she had to wait hours. I went and asked the nurse myself if she had been told about it and she said yes, but was nowhere to be seen even after I asked her myself and etc. It really makes me wonder how other patients are treated when family isn't there.
Never answer their phones and dont return calls left for charge Nurse regarding a patient. Don't understand why you can't return calls or answer your phones.
