My mother is currently out there and she is not having a good experience. The staff has been mean and they are also not making rounds on the regular. One of my mothers medications had been skipped. Plus she had simply asked for Tylenol because she was in pain and she had to wait hours. I went and asked the nurse myself if she had been told about it and she said yes, but was nowhere to be seen even after I asked her myself and etc. It really makes me wonder how other patients are treated when family isn't there.

Never answer their phones and dont return calls left for charge Nurse regarding a patient. Don't understand why you can't return calls or answer your phones.

Community Rehabilitation Hospital , we will never forget you guys. My husband had a stroke , after spending 5 days at a hospital in Indy, he was transferred to Community. When we got there we were both very unsettled, I felt like a terrified child, trying to navigate all the unknowns . We were greeted by staff and a nurse that evening, that began to make us feel safe and comfortable. I was allowed to stay with my husband around the clock. Community Rehabilitation West was awesome! From the nursing staff, To the techs, housekeeping, Dietary, Occupational therapy, Physical therapy, The receptionist, Most of all the staffing crew that’s over the case Gave the best efforts to make sure that I was safe, had skills tools and resources everything that I needed to have successful recovery. This hospital shows what core Values really are. I will give it a 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Enjoyed my recovery here couldn’t choose a better place.

My dad was here 18 days and he loved it, the therapists he had, Mo, Sarah, Kaylee and Johanna were awesome, and all the nurses minus one were so kind to him but she was taken care of immediately by Danielle the charge nurse. Danielle is the best! Our family highly recommends this place. Wonderful, caring people minus one!
