Mandy and Matt are awesome! They helped me sell my father’s house, which had not been updated in 50 years. They provided some suggestions for improvements to maximize value. Since l live out of town, they also help coordinated the work that needed to be done…I was so grateful. Also, communication was prompt and thorough. We own a rental home in the area and if we were to sell, I would immediately list it with Mandy and Matt.
