This was the third house we bought/sold with Ken and crew and it has always been a joy to work with. Ken always made sure we knew what was going and provides excellent guidance. The market was much slower for this recent purchase and we moved out of the state. Ken and his team made sure that our house was well watched after and help resolve issues like fixing shingles after wind storm. Cyndee was very responsive when we reached out and showed us many homes. When it became apparent none were meeting hopes and desires she showed us homes in similar price ra ge we could have built for us that were still in area we were wanting to be in. She walked us through the process and made it easier than we thought it could be.

Cyndee Poletski was a dream to work with!!! The instant we met her, she instilled confidence in her knowledge and expertise in her field!!! She had all the information we required, great communication, she looked into all aspects of the transition and informed us on things that we hadn’t even thought of.
