Overall I had a great experience. One negative to share is that the provider changed often. However, the staff was always able to find someone to reschedule with. I did have a couple of negative experiences with front desk staff. However, mental health is such a challenging field especially in this day and age. I was recently terminated under false accusation by the program manager Karey of time theft. She claimed that by me being clocked in with no activity in their system Credible, this was considered time theft! It’s absolutely absurd to be terminated because I was clocked in but not active on the system Credible because I didn’t have much if any clients to work with.
