I have been receiving excellent care at Community Reach Center for over a year. I was used to being able to schedule weekly appointments, but having the option of attending group therapy once a week and having individual therapy every other week is working very well. The therapists, psychiatrists and office managers with which I have interacted have been professional, caring, and took time to listen to me. Danger! The community reach in Brighton is horrible! We called Lisa the supervisor to make a complaint about a therapist and she threatened to put my wife in a mental hospital. The therapiats and their supervisor Lisa are consensending and patronizing. They don't care about your needs or desire to get better. They would rather brush you off and play dumb.. they have no idea what they are doing. Please be careful if you have to go there and protect yourself. They are dangerous! ! !

Took my daughter to intake this morning. Was told because her premiere care doctor is in Boulder that they could not take her medicaid won't let them. She would have to get a new premiere care doctor. We leave in the school district that has them in school therapist. She is no longer in school and they have had her as a client before. I am getting a hold of our premiere doctor, she will not be happy and neither am I.
I saw this lady named Aileen today, and she was extremely insensitive, patronizing and dismissive the entire time. She spent a lot of time trying to tell me the seizures I had on Cymbalta and Effexor weren't actually seizures, even though she did not ever see or experience them. I explained my symptoms, wherein I spend a lot of time on the verge of panic, have nightmares and flashbacks and have dissociative episodes from my PTSD. Could not have been worse. I made an appointment for an intake/diagnosis in the hopes of seeing a psychiatrist. A second appointment was made two days later (for further evaluation; not to see a psychiatrist). I attended this second appointment and was told that an appointment with a psychiatrist had been made for 29 days in the future. No problem; I wait.... To long of a wait and when you have an apt and they tel you to be ten min early than they don't call you til an hour later it pissed me off
