Unprofessional, lack of communication between staff and appointments. I received multiple notices confirming my appointment at Garden Grove, Ca. Day of appointment i received verbal message confirming my appointment. Arriving at the facility, I waited in for appointments for 50 minutes. finally reached a person,. The facility staff told me there was not paperwork, that my appointment was cancelled, I was not seen and to to see my Dr.

I have been a client of this establishment since 2008 I now reside in a different state called numerous times to get my results sent to my new imaging center worship Fresno has refused to send my images shame on them I would not recommend this place they do not care for women it's all about the numbers

first of all I do not like to leave negative feedback with that being said when I go into the facility I have a good experience but in general rolling oaks appointment scheduling has been a nightmare I have a known cyst lump?? that is very painful in my right breast ultrasound and mammogram every 6 months needed scheduled my appointment waited 2 months they canceled the night before told me I had to wait another 3-4 months to get in.. that they were booked up...so .rescheduled apt two months away with a long drive.. It took almost an hour just to schedule the appointment. The call center hung up on my twice. The person who finally scheduled the appointment told me to call the front desk with any questions. I called the front desk 6 times in two days and no one ever returned my call. When I arrived for the appoIntment, I was informed I should have fasted for 6 hours prior. No one told me. The ladies at the front desk were beyond rude - so maybe it’s best they never called me back. I ended up going someplace else. What a nightmare.

Billing dept sucks. I paid a bill in July 2022, and provided a Proof of Payment (1-day electronic payment) in August. But I kept getting the same bill every month for 6+ months. Had to call them every month to explain the same, but they didn't do anything. Couldn't talk to a supervisor either. They said a supervisor would call me back. Who knows whether it would happen.

I'll NEVER go back !! Just had a CT Scan. The actual scan was fine. I asked for a CD since my Dr. asked for one. The CT scan tech said it would take 10-15 minutes to burn the CD. After 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist, who told me it would be an additional 10-15 minutes. After an hour, I asked again and anorher receptionist said it was 60% done and that I could cone back to pick it up. When I said there must be something wrong with the CD burner, she told me that was normal . They obviously have very outdated equipment ... read more

Complete horrible experience. When you call, it will be 1/2 hour to an hour wait to talk to anyone. My doctor already got insurance pre approval and yet they refused to make appointment and said they will contact insurance before making appointment. A month later, I had to call again to find out the status. Turned out the insurance gave them paper work but they didn't like the document but just sit in it until I called. Kern Radiology 9300 Stockdale Hwy. I had spine X-rays on 09/15/21. The facility was nice, I was seen in about 20 min, and was told my dr should have a report in a couple of days. I called a week later, was told no, it takes 3-5 days, and it should be done that day. I had dr. appt 2 days later, so called to be sure he would have results. I was rudely told no, the radiologist hadn’t looked at my X-rays yet. So after 2 weeks of pain, still waiting for answers. Very poor service.

They waited until the night before late to advise us they couldn’t confirm our insurance. We had a 7:00 am appointment scheduled. THE NIGHT BEFORE. Never had a problem with UCLA. Very unprofessional. Avoid.
