Highway robbery done here. The coinsurance collected was 6x what I should have been charged But it was collected anyway or else I wouldn't be seen. I also paid the deductible TWICE and would have paid three times since that was the system said. Thankfully, one staff member relayed my message and corrected the system's error. The staff refused to pick up the phone to phone the insurance and verify. They were helpless and just collected what the system told them. The billing system is full of errors. The wait for a kid has been soooo long. We were out in a tiny changing room and told 15 minutes. 36 minutes later, we are still waiting.
