Recommendedthe woman who did my ultrasound was very nice and helpful. but getting a text with a bill on it within an hour of my visit which was incorrect...my insurance pays for procedure, incited me to call their billing department who finally, after being cut off twice,, said they did not have record of any procedure for me today. I spent 45 minutes on that issue. very frustrating.
The service was good, the technician was courteous and professional and they got me in and out.

I really liked the ability to fill out all my paperwork ahead of time online and supply pictures of my ID and insurance card so I didn’t have a lot to do once I checked in. I came early to my appointment and they scanned me much sooner than I thought I’d be seen. The techs were very kind and thoughtful about my comfort in what can be a really stressful experience (MRI). I had such a pleasant experience that I wanted to let you know. Not only was the process efficient and on time, but my tech was very pleasant and communicative, and set me at total ease. I wish everything was so nice and easy.

I had my annual mammogram today as women will agree that it isn’t the most comfortable checkup but Community Radiology Associates are professional and friendly from the phone to the provided services.
