RecommendedService was efficient and safe
The process at this location was so smooth and very professional. I had a MRI and Mammogram today and Cindy (MRI tech) was super nice and supportive. I forgot my Mammogram tech name but she was very sweet and helped me remain calm through the unknown fear. Very clean location and the front staff was very nice and professional as well!
With an 11:55 appoinment to get a x-ray and MRI, I was able to leave 2 hours later at 1:55. There was a breakdown getting my cd with the images. Other than that service was excellent beginning with check-in and working with the knowledgeable technicians. I don’t know who was supposed to burn the cd after a 30 minute wait and an inquiring with the check - in nurse who could’ve believe I was still there it took 2 minutes to get my cd. I apologize for not getting your name. Thank you!
