Great staff and short wait time.
The staff sent me to another building that I wasn’t suppose to be at. When I returned she acted as if it didn’t happen, no apology or acknowledgment. I texted the number for check in no one text back until I was on my way to the other building smh. Just a bad experience overall especially for my first impression, must have been because it’s Friday.

Everyone at the office was professional, kind and reassuring from the front desk staff to the technicians except for one staff member who was blunt and a bit rude.
The service of the staff throughout the entire visit and process was excellent.
