Efficient, friendly, professional, and helpful. Appointment started on time, small number of people in waiting room following social distancing rule. My appointment time was early in the morning.
Every1 is polite and helpful. very professional and not a long wait time to move n the back after registering in.
Arrived before 1 pm for a 1:15 appointment yesterday. They were so backed up, there were no seats left in the waiting room, so was told to wait outside for 10 minutes or so. Returned & waited until almost 2 pm to be seen for my regular, annual mammogram. When I inquired about the delay, was told they were only using 2 rooms... The women at the front desk said it’s always very busy... Please re-assess your service!
