Front desk employees are needing more training and when a patient comes in stop your personal conversation, we really don’t care about your personal life! Grow up and take your job serious or get a job at elsewhere! And most of all...be nice and have a smile..if you didn’t have a good night sleep or anything else going on in your life you don’t have carry your personal problem to to your work place!
