MRI was Monday morning, my appointment to review the results was the following Friday (today) the images for the study have still not been read and I have no report. I called on Thursday and was assured that it would be read in time for my appointment. It wasn’t. This is not timely and the radiologists clearly don’t care. Even my doctor said that patient care has absolutely plummeted since the merge with RadNet. Moving forward I’ll be driving an hour to get my imaging done.
I left without getting disc for Monday appointment. I can’t blame the tech because I never had the chance to ask ( there was some confusion at start ) I needed bathroom and she needed to help coworker. I didn’t mind but then we chatted what was going to happen during test and Voila…I never asked to get my disc . I was hoping the desk would have told tech … it was in my notes . 🤷🏻♀️
