Beware and watch your EOB statements. I had an X-Ray. They made me pay $139.33 up front. When I received my EOB (Statement of Benefits), it stated that the total cost allowed was $141.64. My insurance company paid $60.41 and my share was $80.00. I called my insurance company and the representative called Community. Community stated that they will refund me the balance within 30 days. I can't believe it would take 30 days for a refund! Anyway, after 40 days and I had not received the credit to my card, I called again.... read more
