Everybody was so kind and professional and courteous . They took their time ask you questions and you answer my questions . I love going there thanks again .
Staff is pleasant, even divine. Wait is under 1/2 hr [both times]. If you get stuck & arrive late, they accommodate you~~not scold you. You get free copy of scan disk [also written report a day or 2 later]--delightful for patients when scan is not pre-op but an annual check. Office mgr is especially productive. Lotsa room in sterile waiting area, nicely furnished w/comfy & clean chairs. I only request Rolling Oaks Radiology for x-rays, CT scans, MRIs. The staff is very friendly and the technicians are wonderful and professional. The equipment is state of the art. I highly recommend them!!! The Dr.s who review the CTs & MRIs are very thorough & you may feel assured you will be given the best info on your condition! They dont miss anything!!!
I write this review because the ppl are great and testing is very professional. Every single time I went I asked to make my payment. They said I have no charge Then I get a bill from a collector I owe over 100.00. I tried several times to pay at MRI plus on comp and unable to.
won't use them again. made me pay copay of 200 when it was zero and had to contact multiple times without a reply to get money back.
Everyone I encountered today at Borg & Ide Imaging were helpful, pleasant & professional. And to top it off, I was in & out in a timely fashion!
Wonderful staff! Made me feel at ease with everything!!! I loved getting to wear headphones and listening to music during the procedure.
The young lady Brittany; the radiologist for my breast exam was very professional and very pleasant, she had a positive attitude and explained everything to me about the process. Additionally the receptionist at the front desk today, who processed my paperwork was very professional and pleasant as well.
I received quality care with accurate precision in a timely manner.Everyone attended to me with respect and dignity. I will recommend the community radiology to all patients and families around Md, DC and Virginia. They are “The Best”.
