I took my 9 year old, my 5 year old and my one year old in for check ups and shots. The staff was very warm and made my kids feel at ease. The shots were over before the kids even knew what hit them. The nurse then let them dig through a treasure chest full of trinkets to help ease the pain and it worked. She obviously had kids of her own. I'll be going back soon for my own check up.
This place is terrible! I took my little girl here for a physical to start kindergarten.The np didn't give her the full exam,and didn't fill out the correct paperwork so I had to pay out of pocket to have another physical done by another dr to start school.Insurance wouldn't cover another. Then it took them 3 months to fax her records to the new dr's office.I finally had to go sit at Community Quick Care until they decided to give ME her records that they were supposed to fax 3 months before!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!
