Dr. Vallela is great! Very insightful, kind, and respectful.
I saw leighann for the first and LAST time! Would not recommend. Very arrogant and unprofessional. She told me i had to pay a $85 dollar copay when my insurance informed it was $30 when i informed her of this information and had my insurance contact her she refused to issue me a refund for the over payment for the month that i seen her. She texted me (not even a phone call) that she was not refunding me. I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism.
The waiting room has no heat so your freezing while waiting. Twice i arrived and there were dead bugs and spiderwebs along the door frame of the front door. There is a bucket sitting right in front of the building near the entrance with cigarette buts. This office needs major updating and cleaning!

I contacted the office in hopes to see a different therapist and they were very friendly about the situation and found me a new and professional therapist. I really like this office location its tucked away privately on walbert ave. The place is a little outdated but overall its a nice place to come to for services.
