Don’t know if my EPA at my job is aware that this place is different. If you call and leave a message at the number provided they DO NOT CALL BACK. I called for a week and left my contact information and no call back. I am currently sitting in the building that the offices for Clarksville psychology are located. There is NO OFFICE. THERE IS NO RECEPTIONIST. 5 doors in a small waiting room with 4 chairs. I thought if I could drive here maybe this is a communication failure ? I have been seeing Denise Squire for a couple of years now and she is great. She shows me respect when I'm there and gives me time to talk things out when thats all I do.
We saw Stephanie Sawyer. Tricare patients need to steer clear of this provider!!! I would not recommend this provider as she is not knowledgable about the insurances that she accepts and the services that they covers. After being in her office for 15 mins with written referrals from my neurologist stating what services needed to be provided she says she doesn't feel in her personal opinion that they are needed.
