I've been going her for 7 years and they saved my life. My team, and Lisa coleman have been above and beyond the statistics of state help
As per their policy, they do not honor your preferences in choosing your doctor or a transfer in doctor. I requested an experienced psychiatrist but am given an incompetent doctor (that is doing her residency - an intern). Serena Heung is one that judges her patients on superficial values.
I am not happy with these guys so far.
Once I thought CPC wasn't that great. This is far worst. Nothing goes on here anymore to engage one in a healthy creative way. Therapist leave frequently.
The two people at the front desk are phenomenal multitaskers! Very patient and welcoming. You get treated like a person.
