One star specifically for the the woman I dealt with at the front desk today. Very unprofessional, had a completely wrong county for my address and gave no explanation other than that I needed to update my address with insurance. When I processed to verify my address with insurance on the phone and that I did in fact live in King county, all she had to tell me was that she "didn't need to deal with that right now" and proceeded to shut her little window on me as if I was a threat. Really like it here. Sure it’s a rougher scene, and the waiting room can be iffy. But Dr Rowlett is unbelievably kind and my therapist is amazing. They work in tandem and are always looking out for my best interests. The corrected a lot of past misdiagnosis and mistreatment and I’m doing better than I ever thought I could. They got me down to one pill daily and two PRN meds when I used to be on nearly a dozen. I am so thankful.
Run down exterior and a callous unprofessional a staff. The staff run for the hills as quickly as possible knowing that nothing good can come of what was CPC and currently is Sound. I had a package delivered their by the shipper in error due the fact that I was a client and used it as a mailing address. The payment and shipping addresses got switched.
