Was assisted by Sheila Mae Jaque. She was polite and quickly answered my question. She also reminded me to ensure that I selected the "One Time Payment" tab versus "Recurring Payment" which I greatly appreciated! I hadn't paid attention to that. Appreciate the excellent customer service.
