no matter how good your rental history is these people do not talk to you or explain their rental policies only the receptionist is the bosss here she dictates to all that come in the agency who gets to talk to the agents or who does not and if she thinks you are not rich enough good enough not a good Christian or goes to their church then she will trash your application
Buyers and renters beware. Kent Easom does not fulfill his fiduciary obligations. This man will not answer phone calls, questions, or emails. He needs a crash course on Communication 101. It's always a few days before he gets back to you about important matters--or else not at all. We were buyers and instead of working with us, he worked with the sellers.
