The management seems to be complacent with their properties not being up to par. The office staff is nice, and one of the owners is nice, but the other owner is a total ass hole. He tends to fly off the cuf with tenants, even ones hes never met, and if he's not careful... they are going to have more than one harassment lawsuit on their hands.
