HORRIBLE property management company. Andrea is our property manager and she doesn't ever respond to emails or phone calls. You have to bug her constantly to get anything done. They don't take care of the property other than having the lawn care team come multiple times a week, so you get to hear annoying lawn sounds while trying to work from home (yay!). Pool is falling apart; they haven't bought new chairs since the 1980's. Had to ask multiple times to get the building sprayed down because it was full of bugs and spiders. ... read more
