Had an appointment scheduled for a Thursday. Called the Monday prior to reschedule. They provided me a date of 1/19 at 2:15pm with Katie Lucas. I arrived and the desk person looked confused an told me that Katie doesn’t work on Monday. She said there were zero notes on the phone call I had to reschedule. Have been unimpressed with prior doctors (Matz) and general organizational dysfunction of this particular medical office. Have never seen anything like it before. Zero stars horrible billing department
They throw "policy" in your face. Then you show up 20 minutes early and the provider still doesn't show 30 MINUTES after the appointment time. Thanks Mikyong!
Worst billing nightmare with this group. They didn’t bill insurance correctly, so claim denied. I sent payment based on what my insurance says I owed. They took my money but never applied it to the bill. I’ve snail mailed proof of payment, no response but I keep getting full bills that I do not owe. Called and was told to email docs but emails are blocked. Soooo frustrating, will NEVER go here again!!!
The medical care that I have received: 5 stars The billing NIGHTMARE that has followed: 0 stars I'm being brought to collections because of an insurance issue that has taken too long for them to resolve. The insurance company and CPG will not communicate, leaving me in the middle of a nightmare that I owe $0 for. I have HOURS into trying to resolve this issue, many "account notes" and updated claim numbers, and "there's nothing we can do" to stop me from being brought to collections.
