I see Dr Heyer every 3mo and have been pleased so far
Dr. Heyer was very kind the one and only time I ever saw him. Have had 4 appointments scheduled with him, but 3 of them were cancelled. I'm sorry, but these are not good odds. If you provide a service such as medical services, availability is a must. I understand "things happen," which is what the woman said who called to cancel, but it seems like more happens outside of that office than inside. It's a shame because I really liked Dr. Heyer.
It was my husband's first appointment. The staff member that took us back to the exam room was very unhelpful. My husband is disabled and no help was offered with anything. The whole atmosphere of the office is unfriendly. ...It seemed like no one including Dr Gray wanted to be there.....He used to see Dr. Gary Adsit who retired and he and his staff were always friendly and helpful. ...
Dr is so good. Even the staff who rooms the patient. Nancy at the window, I think it's time to retire. She isn't the friendly face you want representing your practice.
Everybody is friendly. Never had any concerns.
