I’ve been a patient this office for over 10 years, and most recently I was seen for my annual physical appointment. The appointment lasted maybe 15 minutes, and Dr. Melloh asked me two very specific questions, and I answered her. As a result, my insurance was billed for an additional office appointment as well as the physical appointment. My insurance covered 100% of the physical and about 75% of the “office visit” (again, this was one appointment that lasted 15 minutes).
