I've received excellent care here for many years. The nurses and front office staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. It can be difficult to get an appointment but at times when I've really needed to be seen they squeezed me in right away. I have not experienced any issues and wouldn't dream of leaving. Dr Spooner has always listened to my concerns and proceeded accordingly.
I make an appointment for me and my hubby for 7:30 they change my appointment time and then they say oh we don’t have appointment for your husband. We can take only one person. Not satisfied with their service at all. I took time off from work. Totally wasted. If you late they wait only 10 mins but they make wait in waiting area more than 10 mins 🤣 Never coming back.

First and last time going here. The doctor didn't listen to my needs at all and gave me her opinion on my health. I asked for help with losing weight and she advised me of her opinion instead of actually helping and then turned around and told me based off pervious health issues I really need to figure out how to loss weight so it doesn't get worse. Smh I will go back to this doctor office.
