Supposed to contact me about test results in January, it's now the middle of March I still haven't heard anything and I've called twice and left messages, nobody ever gets back to you. I would find somewhere else to go if you value your time and health!
The doctor was extremely "preachy" and over stepped his boundries of proffesinalism ~ wasn't happy!
The doctors and nurse practitioners as well as the nurses and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to help all the primary patience as well as the walk in clinic patience. As for the front office staff I personally feel that they are second to none.
My 3 year old was seen for a nasty ear infection. They said our prescription would be faxed over to our pharmacy immediately. We have been waiting for over 2 hours and they have yet to fax the prescription over. I've left 2 messages and talked to the front desk staff. We will not be going back to this clinic.
