This hospital is a joke!! When you call to get transferred to the Pharmacy, they hang up on you multiple times and lie to you!! They give you wrong #'s intentionally and tell you that they did what they were supposed go do!!! I still need the Pharmacy and there is nobody that will give you the # or give you a different #. Way to go Adventist, you need to train your operators better. Then complaints to their supervisor are never returned.
Was talked to like a dog basically in front of other customers and ask about my personal information in front of customers and then told that I was denied , And then why would it change if I was denied before but a lot had changed not happy!!!!!
Great pharmacy! Helpful, friendly and will go out of their way to help- contact the doctor and fill prescriptions quickly.
