I've seen several people experience nothing but trouble with this office. Poor customer service, lack of respect for the pet and owner, and poor communication between the crematorium and the office.
I love the people who work there. They really enjoy what they do and dote on every pet I’ve seen them interact with. They are gentle and very caring
