We met the family at Community Pet Heathcare shortly after they opened. Dr Matt and everyone there are awesome. Through their professionalism, love & compassion they made a couple of the worst decisions we ever had to make bearable. Not to mention how they go out of their way to give our family (pets & people) the best treatment I have ever experienced from a veterinarian. They listen & explain....

After my wonderful experience with Dr. Cantrell and his staff, I have to give them some public praise. Dr. Cantrell is forward-thinking; he has an app that I used to contact him after-hours where he responded to all my questions and gave me the knowledge I needed to ease my fears a bit. The office called me this morning before they opened to ensure my dog was on the schedule for the day. They answered all my questions and were up front about the cost of the procedure. I met Dr. Cantrell in Brownsburg, too! My beloved Chanel was very sick, and Dr. Matt was so compassionate and thorough in trying to get answers! He listed out all possibilities in a white board, and steps needed to be taken to rule things out, in order of priority!! I had since moved to TN, but have encountered to many vets that fell far short, I tracked THIS VET DOWN!! We are moving back, and I am delighted to know he is at Community Pet Center!!!-with the entire AMAZING STAFF!! ����������
I felt comfortable from the time I stepped inside. They didn't judge my pitbully, like most places do.. Dr Matt really listened and told me several options and I knew he genuinely cared. His staff was also great, all very friendly. I will never take my pets anywhere else!
This is the way a Vet clinic should be ran. A wonderful staff, we couldn't ask for more.
