We had been hearing scratching in our ceiling for a couple weeks. Called community pest solutions and scheduled an appointment. Ethan and his co-worker came out to the house on a Friday afternoon and immediately located a raccoon in our attic. Then, he went outside and located the entry point very quickly. We are on the maintenance plan with Community Pest Solutions. We are very happy with this company because they show up when scheduled and our home has remained bug free! We had a serious problem with wasps coming in our home and with the maintenance program, I do not have wasps flying and crawling around my family room each Fall. Dylan is the person who comes to the house and he is super friendly and gets the job done! With the maintenance plan, they come out 3 times per year with visits in between if needed. One of the only pest solution providers in our area with five stars on Google. Eric showed up on time, was professional and gave very good advice on how to handle our “mouse” issue. I did some preliminary work around the house and he supplemented with a thorough investigation of our attic area in the garage, our attic area in the house and our basement.
