We had been hearing scratching in our ceiling for a couple weeks. Called community pest solutions and scheduled an appointment. Ethan and his co-worker came out to the house on a Friday afternoon and immediately located a raccoon in our attic. Then, he went outside and located the entry point very quickly. I wanted to share our experience with Ethan's visit to our house last week. He came over to provide an estimate for his services, and we were thoroughly impressed. Not only did he answer all our questions in detail, but we also learned so much about Michigan "critters" that we previously had no idea about. My experience with Eric and Community Pest Solutions was excellent. Eric was prompt, communicative, professional and extremely mindful and respectful of my home. He was thorough in his inspection and showed me pictures of every area that was potentially problematic. They’ve helped us out in any number of last-minute pinches and have always been friendly, responsive, and quick to communicate what to expect. Community Pest Solutions is the best! Anytime we have had an issue they have been easy to reach and prompt at scheduling an exterminator to come address the problem. They are reasonably priced for the services they provide. Ethan has been great about communicating when he is on his way, thorough in his services, and communicates when he is done. I would highly recommend this company.
