We had been hearing scratching in our ceiling for a couple weeks. Called community pest solutions and scheduled an appointment. Ethan and his co-worker came out to the house on a Friday afternoon and immediately located a raccoon in our attic. Then, he went outside and located the entry point very quickly. Thought we had some nasty bug activity near the house we just bought. Really happy with the next day appointment from calling in, and Eric came out and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate the feeling he was just trying to help and in no way did we feel like services were being offered that we did not need. I've heard that is not always the case in the industry

This company was prompt and thorough. Tech Evan explained things clearly and showed me pictures of what he hoped to adress outside the home. They are also respectful that I have a cat (maybe not much of a mouser) when they dicussed where traps would be placed. Clearly explained costs and both the tech and office staff were friendly but also professional.
