Worst HOA service ever! So many things to complain about including the rude and pettiness of of one of its team members named ***********************. Hes rude and very disrespectful to females, very very lazy at doing whats supposed to be his job. Never responds unless told too by another staff member. Been on the job for 1 year now and has not had one HOA meeting. Very unprofessional and lazy as lazy comes. His parents did a terrible job

They encourage prejudice and discriminatory actions from the part of their board members. Response times are abysmal. Whether you are an owner or renter, stay away from any community run by this organization. If you have kids of a young age, stay away. There are frequent domestic disputes in my neighborhood yet they only focus on towing cars. It’s much more offensive to have a car parked in a visitor spot than have the cops in your neighborhood regularly, right? If you share that same belief, then this is the place for you.

I live in a town home community and Community Partners is in charge of the Homeowners. They suck! They do the bare minimum to get by. There is flooding in many backyards, the companies they use are jerks and do hardly anything. The people who cut our grass are the worst. It always looks like the grass needs to be cut after it is cut. They "fixed" my fence when it fell and left dirt in my yard and did not stain it to look like the rest of the fence in my yard. If I could give this company a zero I would. Their reputation at banks are awful. I was warned by my mortgage officer about this company. You will never get an immediate response. The lawn looks like a blind person cut your grass and that's if your grass gets cut. When the lawn company shows up, you will have to make sure they even put mulch down. They will skip your yard and you'll be told that you have to wait till the next time they put mulch down. They called themselves painting everyone's door onetime, they left a huge ... read more

Community Partners of Virginia has managed the community I live in since 2013. They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable and our community looks great.
