Some excellent staff! They treat people well here
You don’t get to choose which provider you see. They assign you to a specific team without your input, and you can NEVER change teams or pick a provider within that team. There is extremely high turnover with the case managers and providers, and most case managers don’t return calls. They also use air fresheners (the AMA says medical offices aren’t supposed to), and they don’t enforce their own rules of no smoking right outside the front door.

Number 1 were did all the reviews go. transparency is key. Regina Nelson is the BEST case manager .but she no longer works here . Tried to go back to the clinic and they tried to force a pee test on me..I declined .do coordination of care and talk to my primary or the other clinics I go to. Im coming for mental health and the natzi way u just approached me is embarrassing triggering and the farthest thing from trauma informed care that could be.
