After being referred through DVRS, I spent several weeks trying to get services started with Community Options and had no progress beyond two very brief meetings. There totally full of it don't send your loved ones here I still live here not by choice but by content if I get discharged there trying to send me somewhere worse I lived at Flynn house 2 clients were bed bound I reported that they were getting hit the program took no action but it was actually true that's of cause some trauma John is a staff that came from a group home where they hit clients I also lived at Carlton I reported the client that had a room next to mine was sleeping with a terrible breathing sound I tould the t... read more

Horrible place. Managers are ghetto, smoke weed on premises. Steal food and supplies from homes to take it to their own home. Crash vans that transport individual from where they need to go & never reports accidents. Individuals are sleeping on twin mattress and they are 80 years old and 6’8 complains to program specialist but they don’t do anything.
