You gotta be kidding me, that these people are any good. I just had to do a redetermination for Medicaid, and even have the letter that I am still good for it. But here is the kicker, they went and sent in some online deal, to try and get me more SNAP Benefits and I never gave them authorization to, but when they did, they didn't account for the fact that I have a car payment, a cellphone bill, or the fact that I have to pay electricity. They don’t give financial help all they do is bring you applications to fill out give a ride once in a while make promises of help but never deliver all they want to do is visit for 30 mins once a week to ask how are you doing
