I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic today. I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM and arrived on time, expecting to be seen close to my appointment time. Unfortunately, I waited 30 minutes and was never seen. I understand that delays can happen, but 30 minutes with no communication or update is unacceptable ESPECIALLY DURING A WORK DAY when people plan around limited time, like a lunch break. My father who is now almost 80 has been seen so many times & he loves it here. We have moved farther away but he won’t go to any other doctor. I 100% recommend this place & if you don’t like waiting don’t go first thing in the AM. Be happy that this doctor is seeing so many patients in a day be grateful stay humble or go in the PM hours.
