Incredibly rude employees, issues that have been outstanding for a year continue tobe ignored
Our HOA switched over to Community One from a "big name" mgmt company 2+ years ago, and the difference is night and day. Jeff and his team are usually quick to response, and they take time to listen to our concerns. There are of course still room for improvement in terms of response time, and attention to details, but I understand we are all busy, and it helps for homeowners to take some responsibilities and not to inundate mgmt company with issues that're part of homeownership. UPDATE: This rogue management company has now committed the crime of installing locks on commonly-owned utility doors in the community, violating the property rights of the very homeowners the company has a responsibility to serve. Awful. Talk a good game of being open and responsive, then dodge communication for anything they'd rather not address.
Been trying to get Community One to replace extior lights for over 2 months, the problem has existed for over 4. Failure!! This just in... now they have addressed a sprinkler that has worked in front of my residence for over 5 weeks. At our hoa meeting they chose to table it until August, '25... I have been spending nearly an hour of my own time to water a lawn I pay dearly to Have maintained. They are a property neglect company, not a property management company. Failure yet again!!!
