UPDATE: This rogue management company has now committed the crime of installing locks on commonly-owned utility doors in the community, violating the property rights of the very homeowners the company has a responsibility to serve. Awful. Talk a good game of being open and responsive, then dodge communication for anything they'd rather not address.
Been trying to get Community One to replace extior lights for over 2 months, the problem has existed for over 4. Failure!! This just in... now they have addressed a sprinkler that has worked in front of my residence for over 5 weeks. At our hoa meeting they chose to table it until August, '25... I have been spending nearly an hour of my own time to water a lawn I pay dearly to Have maintained. They are a property neglect company, not a property management company. Failure yet again!!!

Community One managed a building I lived in for one year before the HOA swapped them out. They were rarely on-site, operating almost entirely through a 1-800 number, and I went without a garage fob to the building for over three months due to their repeated failure to update and fix our garage doors. I simply refuse to believe, even in the Bay Area, that it is the normal course of business for it to take three months to upgrade a garage door to accept new fob codes.
