My name tonya Anderson I had the pleasure of staying at rehab nursing and facility on 16th St. I was very pleased with my staff that I had Jordan. The nurse was excellent to me and Britney and so was the nurses in QMA‘s on the second level they were all super nice they even a young lady they work in activity room and the person that came around and took my meal me you everyone was super nice to me there and they also the lady that clean my room I’m named Sue.
