I've never stayed at such a run down nursing home. The nurse Brittany was so so rude and they did nothing about it. It smells like urine so bad because there housekeeping is terrible. I'll never stay at a ASC community ever again in my lifetime. I'd rather be homeless. This place doesn't even deserve a rating. I don't know how the state has not shut them down. My name tonya Anderson I had the pleasure of staying at rehab nursing and facility on 16th St. I was very pleased with my staff that I had Jordan. The nurse was excellent to me and Britney and so was the nurses in QMA‘s on the second level they were all super nice they even a young lady they work in activity room and the person that came around and took my meal me you everyone was super nice to me there and they also the lady that clean my room I’m named Sue.
